yea 27 I had a male and a female and had 7 babies and then more babies I had some I would have for people for pets and all but one my degus my first one was so sweet, her name was Stitch and when I baught her, she only had half a tail, but she was a plump little cutie and I fell in love with her, she died about a year ago TT_TT

2006-09-27 [FireGypsy]: Yeah Thor my bearded dragon, is probably the best lizard I have. She is so lovely! She has her own little personality. She is soo cute! And well behaved. Wont bite you either! unless you wriggle your finger in front of her during feeding time or soemthing lol! Bubbles is my second favourite. I just got him a couple of weeks ago. He is having some mouth problems at the moment so im trying to keep him clean and such. Spike, my iguana, is very moody!! When we first got her, she would try to bite you when you try to pick her up and would whip her tail at you, but now she is getting used to us and wont bite really. Im glad she got used to us. Bubbles and Spike are very similar species. They both get like 4 feet long!! So im glad Spike is being nice now, because I dont want a 4 foot Iguana that likes to bite fingers off!

2006-09-27 [FireGypsy]: I had a Ball Python. He was a baby still when we bought him. But we couldnt get him to eat and he died. We later found out that you have to watch where you buy them from. If you buy them wild caught, they wont eat mice. As their regular prey are gerbils or something like that. So he wouldnt recognize the mouse as food. But if you buy them captive bred, they will eat mice, but they are very picky about it. Some will only eat certain colours and such. So Adam and I are saving up to buy an Albino Burmese Python! They are soo beautiful! but they are almost $300! Adam's mom is afraid of snakes, so we are going to wait untill we get our own place to get one lol!

lol I remember in my Bio class we had the guy from my churche's youth group come in and he had all these snakes and he asked if anybody wnated to touch or hold it and nobody would, the girls pet it for a second and the boys wouldn't go near it and I wa slike snake! *grabs and holds it for litterly 45 minutes* and the tecaher was like...she still has the snake...and he's like oh yea I know I trust her and everyone thought I was insane and she curled up in my hand and when anyone came over she would pop up and stare at them until they went away and then curled back up lmao it was so cute

All reptiles carry salmonella... You don't want to puke with Salmonella.. (I puked once, but that's rare). You can't stay off the toilet, yet you don't want to move because you're in so much pain from your muscles going all weird.. Plus you get cold sweats and blood comes out of.. well, you know.. :/ It's not a fun bacteria to contract.

Stupid Health Canada kept phoning and asking all of these questions on my personal hygiene like it was something I did to cause me getting sick.. Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm extremely clean. >.< Just pissed me off.. I got sick due to someone contaiminating food.. Nothing that I did.. But the restaurent denied anything, so they dropped the investigation. :/
 Didn't even interview the employees or check their maintence of equiptment or anything.. I was REALLY sick.. If someone like my aunt with a comprimised immune system got a sick as I did, they would have probably died as a result.

Chances are what happened, is that someone who worked there got the salmonella (there was an outbreak of it in Ontario last year from contaminated bean sprouts), and transfered it to the food they were preparing. My friend was ill too and we ate there the same day, but different food.
